After training in cooking, I started a home catering business in 2009. Many companies and associations quickly trusted me to organize important meals (Librairie de la Renaissance, INEO, Editions Milan, Qualicom, POLAR sud, Airbus, etc.). At the POLAR International Festival, I worked with my team to create 1100 meals for three consecutive years.
In 2012, I founded my restaurant Les Saisons du Monde in Toulouse in the St Cyprien district. I initiated theme dinners in this restaurant (dinner followed by a lecture, screening a film, presentation of a book by a writer)
After a university training in physics, I practised the profession of radiophysicist in the hospital; touched by the suffering of cancer patients, I then turned to medical research. I learned biology as a self-taught student in the many research laboratories I worked in. I tried to follow my intuition and observe without preconceived ideas what Nature revealed to me.
I carried out my research activity at Inserm until 2014. I am now a gardener and an independent researcher. Since 2011, I have been available to give an open presentation on Science & Spirituality.
